Website Report Christmas 2003

Happy Christmas to all our visitors!

Everyone at the Blackrock National Hurling Club website would like to extend seasons greetings to all our visitors and hope that you all continue to support us during 2004. We are about to receive our six thousandth hit for 2003 shortly, which we are very pleased to record. Approx 80% of our hits are from Ireland with some also from the UK. Ten percent are from North America and Mexico, with a further five percent from Australia and New Zealand. The balance of the hits is from Europe. Christmas greetings to you all!

We are looking to improve the website and would be delighted to hear from you through the guest book. Remember you can use the private entry section if you wish. What do you want to see on the site?

However let us hear from you and please contribute to the various discussions about Blackrock Hurling Club or about hurling in general, or begin new discussions. All we ask is that you do not use bad language as many young Rockies visit the site and in any event it takes from your arguments, and no personal attacks on individuals or other clubs. Argue your case and accept that others within the wider hurling family have their views too.

If you would like to forward match reports of Blackrock games to the site, please do so at johngreen@eircom.net. Remember we cannot cover all games as most of us are already otherwise involved with teams anyway, so if you want your match covered on the site, why not write an unbiased report yourself and send it in. It would also be fantastic if each coaching group forwarded up to date details of their activities and matches on a regular basis. Our thanks to those who have done so all during 2003.
