Mycro Helmets Indoor Hurling League 2008.
Blackrock Mycro Sports 2008 Indoor Hurling League.
Beginning at St Anthony's School Hall on Saturday 12th January at 9.30 am.
Each Rocky will play 2 indoor games of 20 minutes a game each Saturday morning for 8 weeks. The games are organised so that you will only have to spend a maximum of an hour at the hall. However the times of your games will vary from Saturday morning to Saturday morning.
There are nine teams involved, the players and details are as attached. A League table will appear on the website each week. There will be a lovely set of medals for all participants on the finals morning, which will take place on Saturday 1st March.
(A) If your name is on a team listing, just look at the times when your team is playing and please be on time for these games. Try to wear the correct coloured top if required and bring your helmet. If you cannot play for any reason please telephone 0863196063 as soon as possible or inform your coach on the previous Saturday.
(B)If your name is not on a team sheet, it may be because you have not attended regularly at the indoor sessions before Christmas or are simply taking a good rest before we go outdoors in April. Also we may have just made an error. If you wish to play in the competition and can commit to the eight Saturday mornings then please phone Gerard O'Mahony at 086 3196063 ( after 7pm any evening) as soon as you receive this notice and you will be included and notified of your team before Saturday 12th January. Then proceed as (A) above.
We are asking each Rocky to help us with this. Remember if you don't turn up your team is less a player and will have to play their two games without you. There is no swopping between teams allowed. The cost is 2 euro per morning as usual.
