Blackrock U-14 Against Bishopstown on April 12th 2005

Under 14 league at Church Road. Tuesday 12^th April.

Blackrock 1 --- 8 Bishopstown 2 --- 2

The Rockies raced into a commanding lead in this game being six points up after 15 minutes, however Bishopstown fought back and a good goal from Cian Duggan left the half time score at 0 --- 6 to 1 --- 1. The Blackrock attack notably Eoin O’Farrell and Colman Ruiseal had played well.

The second half provide a very even contest with scores at a premium. Noel Murphy put away an early goal for Bishopstown however this was matched by an equally good goal from David Healy of the Rockies. Both sides missed gilt edged chances, however the Rockies finished the stronger in what was a fine hurling game.
