Blackrock Hurling Club organises coaching for boys in the 4 to 11 age group. Coaching for the Under 4's - Under 10's is held from April to October at the clubs grounds at Church Road on Saturday Morning from 10.00 am to 11.00 am commencing April 1st and from November to March indoor hurling will be provided at St. Anthony's school in Ballinlough, and in our new Hurling Hall at Church Road. Coaching for the Under 11's is held from April to October at the clubs grounds at Church Road commencing April 1st and from November to March indoor hurling will be provided at at the Ursuline School All-Weather pitch

2001 Reports Annual Report 2001 - click here for details Our purpose is to: 1. Introduce the game of hurling and its skills in a supportive and caring atmosphere. 2. Develop each player's skills to the best of his ability. 3. Encourage participation in Blackrock Hurling Club. 4. Provide each boy with the opportunity of participation in hurling at an appropriate level. 5. Develop qualities of loyalty, perseverance, discipline and commitment. 6. To provide a positive focus for leisure time for boys in the Blackrock, Mahon and Ballinlough areas in particular.
